Physics is my first love and I am so excited to be teaching conceptual to the young ladies of NDB.
Rebecca Girard - Biology (Honors & AP)
I am starting my 17th year teaching high school science at NDB. I am blessed to teach at an all-girls Catholic high school where my mission is to inspire these young women who will be the scientific minds of tomorrow. I am also dedicated to engaging and motivating my students through the meaningful incorporation of technology into the curriculum.
In addition to teaching, I am now the lead Ed Tech Instigator for my school. I work to support and encourage my colleagues to implement new tools. Elizabeth Hegarty- Chemistry (Honors & AP)
Born and educated in Liverpool, England my family and I moved to California 22 years ago. My husband and I have four wonderful children and two dogs. Our son is a Serra graduate and our three daughters graduated from NDB. Our Australian Shepherds didn't graduate from anywhere.
